It is fair to say Angel Di Maria was having a ‘mare against Switzerland until the 118 minute. Lesser players might have hidden from the ball but to his immense credit he kept going and eventually got his reward.
The Real Madrid forward registered a staggering 12 shots and provided a useful outlet whilst Lionel Messi was shackled.
I expect a similar type of game against Belgium, with Di Maria used in an advanced position with Sergio Aguero still side-lined.
The 26-year-old has averaged 5.3 shots per game in Brazil and his tenacity can be rewarded against Belgium. At 12/1 (Paddy Power) he is a good each-way bet to open the scoring, with 1/3 odds if he is one of the first five scorers.
