Tottenham v West Ham Preview

Tottenham v West Ham Preview

Tottenham are over-reliant on Harry Kane and even though they are unbeaten in the league four consecutive draws doesn’t bode well.

The late kick-off on Saturday is a battle of the Hams (thank-you the excellent Josh) but it might not be as one-sided as the bookmakers think.

Tottenham are the 1/2 favourites but are without a win in four games and have struggled since Harry Kane got injured. The striker could feature this weekend but it’s a huge ask to rely on a player coming back from injury who wasn’t deemed fit enough to play for England last week.

West Ham have improved since their wretched start but are still in a false position. On expected goals I have them around ninth in the league, much better than where they currently reside.

Tottenham are still unbeaten in the league this season but the White Hart Lane faithful know they aren’t firing and anxiety could spread if West Ham start well.
