Toffees Undervalued At Etihad
Everton look stronger after all their summer business and have won four without conceding at all when you include European ties.
The pricing for Manchester City games has gone haywire at the start of the season. Everton are 11/1 (BetVictor) to win at the Etihad which is the sort of price you’d associate with a side destined to fight relegation. Not one aiming for top seven as a minimum requirement.
But then again City have only lost one of their last 22 PL home games and that was before a further summer of lavish spending. So a bet we can take on with greater expectation is Everton +2 goals in the handicap market at a best price of 19/20 with Ladbrokes.
This would mean we collect if the Toffees win, draw or even lose by one. That seems pretty likely when you consider Koeman has brought in the likes of Pickford, Keane, Rooney, Klaassen and now Sigurdsson. Quality additions which should leave them stronger despite the loss of Lukaku.
