Another goal at Old Trafford would surely see Bony's list of suitors grow.
The opening game of the 2014-15 Premier League season sees Louis Van Gaal make his bow as Manchester Utd manager and he will hope it goes better than when Swansea visited Old Trafford in the FA Cup back in January.
On that occasion the Welsh side dumped their hosts out 2-1 to pile the agony onto David Moyes. The scorer of the late winner that day was Wilfried Bony, who also found the net when the clubs met in the opening fixture of last season. At a best price of 17/4 (BetVictor) he looks like a bargain in the anytime goalscorer market.
The Ivorian international scored twice at the World Cup to further enhance a reputation which grew after 25 goals in all competitions for the Swans last term. The 25-year-old is seemingly at his very best against all the top sides having scored against not only United, but also Man City (2), Spurs, Liverpool, Everton and Arsenal since the turn of the year.
Bony is very much in the shop window and we should expect him to take advantage of any slips from players desperate to impress Van Gaal at Old Trafford.
