Share of Spoiler Alert

The away win must be opposed at the prices on offer but the Reds look better on their travels and a point apiece looks likely.

There’s no good reason why Watford should be as long as 16/5 (BetVictor) to beat inconsistent Liverpool on Sunday but we might be able to take up an even better offer.

The Hornets are one point above the Reds but the newly promoted side are having slightly more success on the road. Similarly, Jurgen Klopp’s new setup tends to be working better away from Anfield for the time being so home advantage can probably be discounted here.

A share of the spoils looks on with ‘Draw-Draw’ very inviting at 4/1 in the Half-time/Full-time market.

Watford have gone in level at the break nine times already this season while the Merseysiders have reached half-time level 12 times in 16 matches.

It’s a result which both bosses might well take if offered, particularly given the form of the hosts, and that always makes the outcome more likely still.
