It could be a terrible day for Swansea if we’re right in backing Southampton, Crystal Palace and Huddersfield for key victories on Saturday at best odds of 17/2 with Betfred.

Southampton v Bournemouth:

It’s a must-win south coast derby for the Saints and they can take confidence from having never lost at home in this fixture. Charlie Austin is a potential match-winner, especially if given a start, while Bournemouth are that happy combination of nothing to play for and in average form after 1 win in 9 games.

Crystal Palace v Leicester:

The dynamic is similar here in that Leicester are another side in the middle of the table letting their season seemingly peter out. The Foxes have only won 2 of their last 10 and lack motivation unless improving the manager’s status with the fans counts. It probably doesn’t. Palace need one final push to get over the line and the squad is right back to strength with even Connor Wickham returning after 18 months out.

Huddersfield v Everton:

The potential treble is completed by a Huddersfield Town side on the verge of party time. Like Palace they can reach 38 points with a home victory here and they have dream opponents for the occasion. Everton have only won 1 away match since before Christmas and if it wasn’t for Goodison form they’d still be fighting the drop themselves.
