Premier League Double

The Foxes and the Hornets will both fancy their chances on Saturday afternoon.

Betfair are offering an enhanced double of 11/2 on both Leicester and Watford winning on Saturday afternoon and that looks too good to resist.

Swansea v Leicester:

The Foxes are riding high in the table and after just one defeat in their last 18 league matches (W11 D6), this can no longer be considered a flash in the pan.

Swansea are on relegation form (W1 D3 L6) and have scored the fewest goals (7) in the Premier League during that 10 game sequence. Compare that to their visitors who have found the net 21 times in the same period.

Nothing more needs to be written about Jamie Vardy; suffice to say the Welsh club have their work cut out and playing at home is often more of a hindrance when a manager is under pressure.

Watford v Norwich:

As for Watford, they have been one of the top flight’s surprise success stories so far and it’s hard to imagine Norwich containing the dynamic front pairing of Troy Deeney and Odion Igahlo. The former has scored four in his last five outings while the latter sits on 24 goals for the calendar year.

The Canaries did grab a great point against Arsenal last weekend but they struggle on the road generally where they are winless in six (D2 L4) having conceded 15 in that run. History is on their side in this fixture but that shouldn’t count for very much.
