Nuno Knows It Could Be Even Better
The hosts outplayed Arsenal on their own ground before the international break and it was a similar story at Old Trafford earlier in the campaign. The potential here is huge.
It must be a little strange supporting Wolves at the moment. On the one hand you would be delighted to see your side back in the Premier League, playing well, and with money to spend.
Yet on the other hand there must be a vague sense of disappointment because they should have considerably more than 16 points to their name after 12 matches.
The Molineux club rank 5th in the top flight for shots attempted and 6th for shots conceded so the potential is there to be challenging the likes of Everton in the table, at the very least.
The problem so far has been a chronic lack of first half goals, just 2, which leads me to back ‘Half-time: Draw - Full-time: Wolves’ here at best odds of 7/2 with BetVictor. Not bad when you consider they are heavily odds-on with every firm for the straight victory.
Huddersfield are on a relative high after claiming 4 points in their last 2 outings but they generally struggle to do much on the road. They have the spirit and organisation to compete for a while but Wolves can get the job done in the second period.
