Middlesbrough v Burnley Preview

Middlesbrough v Burnley Preview

Burnley have 3 draws and 12 losses to show from their travels, the draw no bet market is almost a free hit.

Middlesbrough are clinging onto their Premier League status by a thread, it might ultimately be a futile exercise but whilst there is hope they will keep going.

On Saturday, they have perhaps the easiest fixture of the season against Burnley. It’s been a peculiar season for Sean Dyche’s men, churning out results at home but gaining only three points on the road (3 draws).

I’m not convinced there is anything stylistic at play, more likely it is just a quirk of numbers. On my expected goal ratings Burnley have been bad all season, they’ve just fluked a few results at home and the opposite has happened on their travels.

If Middlesbrough are to have any chance of survival they must win this game - they might not - but that is why we should play them at 4/6 with Betfair Sportsbook in the draw no bet market. After all it’s a bet that hasn’t lost against Burnley on their travels!
