Martial Arts Also Returning

There are some big personalities back in action tonight, many of whom have been out much longer than three months. But the biggest goal threat could be a Frenchman who was bang in form in March.

The big game on Friday night sees two teams who were moving in very different directions prior to the enforced break in the Premier League.

United are unbeaten in 11 matches across all competitions, crucially keeping nine clean sheets in that run. In contrast, Spurs are winless in six outings and have only kept four league clean sheets all season - a joint low.

The long gap could change everything but we have no compelling reason to side with Spurs, even if you allow for the returns of Kane and Son. They won’t solve the big problems Jose has at the back.

The Red Devils are a short price to win (11/8) and for value I’d favour Anthony Martial to score anytime at 9/5 with Ladbrokes.

The French international scored in three of his last four league outings, including against Man City and Chelsea. He will be forgotten in the pre-match headlines about Rashford, Pogba and Kane, but unlike them, he isn’t returning from injury.

1pt Anytime Goalscorer: Anthony Martial 9/5 with Ladbrokes
