Liverpool Consistently Overrated

Tottenham v Liverpool Tips: Liverpool Consistently Overrated

There was a 10-point gap between the sides last season and nothing we’ve seen so far suggests this will change.

Last week we landed a big win when tipping Burnley at 6/1 to beat Liverpool and yet again the value is taking on Jurgen Klopp’s men.

For some reason the bookmakers seem to rate Liverpool but 2/1 to win at White Hart Lane seems skinny. Last season Tottenham finished 10 points above them in the league and although it’s early days in the new campaign Liverpool’s defensive failings are still apparent.

Tottenham haven’t been pulling up many trees so far but they are defensively sound and have recruited sensibly over the summer. They have also had seven days to prepare for the game whereas Liverpool had to travel to Burton for a mid-week cup encounter.

On last season’s form Tottenham should be close to even money therefore the 6/4 (Betfred) available should be snapped up.
