The stats suggest that Stoke will do well again this season while the west Londoners could struggle.
While there’s some danger of us following Stoke off a cliff after their two home disappointments, they must be good value to win at Loftus Road at best odds of 9/5 with William Hill.
Everything suggests they are a much better side than QPR. The Potters drew at Hull and, more pertinently, won at champions Manchester City in their last away outing to show what they are capable of on their day.

Stoke have also had the third most shots in the league so far (65) whilst only allowing 40 down the other end. Contrast that with QPR who have attempted 55 shots but seen 63 fly towards their goal.
Harry Redknapp knows his new signings are yet to settle and the Hoops’ divisional worst goal difference of -8 tells its own story. Expect the promoted team to fall short again against the team who finished 9th last term.
