Jordan Appeal

Palace have ruined Liverpool title bids in the past. This time they could provide a minor setback at worst.

Liverpool can move a major step closer to that elusive first title in 30 years on Wednesday night, although they’ll be frustrated it can’t be confirmed till at least Thursday when City face Chelsea.

This one isn’t a foregone conclusion either given Crystal Palace’s run of four straight wins without a clean sheet. Their momentum showed no signs of slowing down in the 2-0 victory at Bournemouth on Saturday.

Jordan Ayew struck the second goal at the Vitality Stadium to make it 9 for a season which has gone surprisingly well for a hopeful £2m summer signing. He’s an eye-catching 14/1 with Bet365 to score first at Anfield.

The Ghanaian international is only needing one chance to convert in many matches. Back him each-way and get paid out at 1/3rd odds by Bet365 if he scores later in the game instead.
