Jelavic Hot Streak Continues
Hull City's predator averages 5.2 shots per game for the Tigers. Over the season only Suarez can rival that attempt frequency.
Last week we tipped up Nikica Jelavic as a wonderful 3/1 prospect to score away to Cardiff City and boy did he repay the faith! This week he is still available at 11/5 (Bet365) to score at home to Newcastle and we should definitely go back for more.
The Croatian lit up south Wales with a virtuoso performance which saw him rated at a remarkable 9.2 by whoscored.com. He scored twice and could have easily had a hat-trick from his eight attempts on goal. The former Everton man is now averaging 5.2 shots per game since arriving at Hull.
The Toon Army stopped the rot with victory over Aston Villa last weekend but after conceding 10 in their previous three outings it’s hard not to have high hopes for Jelavic at the KC Stadium.
