Foxes Lively In Both Boxes

Brendan Rodgers' boys have made a stuttering start to the season with the Europa League surely feeling more of a hindrance than a treat so far. A 1-0 defeat in Poland on Thursday night will do that.

It’s a credit to Crystal Palace’s sense of progress under Patrick Vieira that the bookies make them only minor underdogs against the team who have finished 5th two years running. But it’s also a reflection of Leicester’s mediocre start to the campaign.

With the winner odds largely reflective of the current situation, we’ll dodge picking a result and instead back both teams to score at best odds of 20/23 with PaddyPower.

That looks very inviting when you consider that the Foxes have both scored and conceded in each of their last 10 Premier League away outings.

They are missing Jonny Evans in the heart of defence. On the flip side, Jamie Vardy is very much amongst the goals, so this trend could well continue a while longer.
