That match ended 2-2 and seven days later the 4-1 capitulation at Stoke sealed their fate. That made it a shocking 83 goals conceded and Crystal Palace will fancy they can add to that tally here.
Anyone who thought the Eagles would pack it in for the summer once safety was achieved found out how wrong they were on Monday night. Tony Pulis’s boys scored three goals in the final 11 minutes to earn a famous draw and surely destroy Liverpool’s title hopes all in the same instance.
Palace have taken 16 points from a possible 21 and must therefore be a bargain to beat disheartened and reckless opponents at best odds of 15/8 with BetVictor.
