I’m normally a believer that sides can’t keep dishing out thrashings forever but this Manchester City side may not be ready to cool off just yet!

Some people are saying that Burnley will prove sterner opponents but I’m not convinced. More likely, this is the day when they are finally exposed.

The Clarets concede 19.4 shots per match. To put that in perspective, the next worse in the division is 16.5 (Burnley). It’s frightening to think what Aguero, Jesus, Sane and Sterling might conjure up.

With this bet we might even be helped if Burnley ‘do a Stoke’ and grab a couple of surprise goals themselves. It’s unlikely, but the hosts should run riot regardless.
