Champions Can Ease Past Villains

There was a shock in this fixture last term but lightning is unlikely to strike twice.

Forget the fact that Villa started the season with 10 points from 4 games, they are destined to struggle if they don’t start creating more chances in front of goal.

Paul Lambert’s boys have only managed 9 attempts on target in 6 league outings and that’s the worst record in the top flight. Against the champions, who have only lost one of their last 15 away league fixtures, they will surely struggle.

City have scored at least twice in their last six on the road, and against a lacklustre strike-force they look a bargain at best odds of 6/4 (Skybet) to win to nil in the same way that Arsenal and Chelsea recently have against Villa.
