Burnley Still Undervalued At Home
The Clarets have won 60% of their home games, Sunderland just 11% of their away matches yet their odds here are similar.
We’re keeping it simple at Turf Moor where Burnley have no right to be as long as 9/5 (Betfair) to take the spoils with a top six home record (W6 D1 L3).
They are only marginal favourites against a Sunderland outfit who have lost seven of nine outings on the road.
The Clarets have been a revelation on their own patch in 2016-17 only slipping up to Arsenal and Man City since the opening day. In the meantime they have put Liverpool, Watford, Everton, Palace, Bournemouth and Boro to the sword.
The Mackems may have improved at home lately but the recent 3-0 loss at Swansea will have been even more concerning than the 3-1 at Old Trafford on Boxing Day.
