BTTS Saturday Acca
Everton fans may disagree but these could be seen as 3 more games all featuring 2 teams fighting to stay in the division. None of them are safe yet!
Last week we won our BTTS Acca at nearly 7/1 with 20 minutes to spare and this round of Premier League matches have a similar vibe. Lots of teams meeting who struggle to pick up clean sheets! So let’s go again with 3 matches, every team to score at best combined odds of 6/1 with BetFair.
Everton v Crystal Palace:
The Toffees are not on good form and I might have tipped an away victory here but for the injury to Eagles’ talisman Zaha who will be a big loss. The Toffees have scored in 69% of their home games and all the shutouts have come against top-7 sides. Palace have found the net in 10 of their last 11 league outings, only missing out in the 0-0 draw with Man City.
Stoke v Brighton:
The Potters are typically dream fodder for a BTTS bet having scored in 65% of their league matches, only shutout 3 times against bottom half sides. Besides they look brighter under Lambert, at least for now. But just 4 clean sheets in 26 league games tells its own story. Brighton are not one of the better away sides but the 3 goals they scored last time out will surely bring some residual confidence against the division’s leakiest defence.
West Ham v Watford:
Another match where it’s hard to predict an outcome with confidence. After all, which Watford will show up? The one that couldn’t buy a win or the one that thumped Chelsea?! But what we do know is that West Ham have scored in 83% of their home games and Watford have netted in 9 of 13 on the road. Both sides enjoy clean sheets less than a quarter of the time (23%) in the top flight in 2017-18.
