Big Game Gamble

Leeds fans have waited for this one for nearly 20 years, but that doesn't mean it will end well. United will welcome the Bielsa style and have the players to pick them off on the counter.

The first Elland Road game against Manchester United with fans in 19 years is eagerly anticipated, but Bielsa has big problems to solve.

The 3-0 surrender to Everton last weekend, the home loss to Newcastle not long before that and other teams winning down the bottom yesterday make the Yorkshire club’s position perilous.

It feels like this is exactly the game Manchester United need, and I’m backing the visitors to win -2 goals in the handicap market, at 11/2 with Skybet.

The Red Devils won the reverse fixture 5-1 and love it when teams come on to them. Leeds are sent out to do just that, and the likes of Ronaldo and Fernandes can devastate on the break. Both scored in midweek and will fancy their chances to go on runs here.
