2.5 Goals Market Treble 20-12-14

We've identified 2 top flight games we expect to be tight, and one to be open.

The over/under 2.5 goals market is a fun one to play and we’re looking to scoop a 7/1 (BetVictor) treble on Saturday in the Premier League.

Tottenham v Burnley (UNDER 2.5 goals at 6/5):

Spurs will be more confident than they have been for a while but the same really should apply to Burnley who have finally climbed out of the drop zone. They have mainly done this off the back of keeping it tight; none of their last four matches have witnessed more than 4 goals. Tottenham haven’t scored more than 2 at the Lane in the league since August.

QPR v WBA (UNDER 2.5 goals at 31/40):

The Baggies finally ended their bad run with a 1-0 victory over Villa last time out but that only made it 2 goals scored in their last 6 outings. The other good news for Alan Irving is they’ve had back-to-back clean sheets, and there has been under 2.5 goals in 6 of their last 7 games. QPR are still over-reliant on Charlie Austin.

Southampton v Everton (OVER 2.5 goals at 23/20):

There have been more goals in Everton matches (51) than for fixtures involving any other top flight team. That’s an average of 3.19 per game and you always expect them to find the net. The Saints still have the second best goalscoring record at home but they have suddenly started conceding with no clean sheets in their last 6 across all competitions.
