Millwall have won their last two games, both away, and must now continue their bid for survival with three points at the Den.

We’ve reached the stage of the season where desperation can translate into points for a few sides down the bottom of the league. How can else can you explain Millwall suddenly recording back-to-back away wins against two sides chasing promotion?

Ian Holloway’s boys remain in the relegation zone despite the successes at Forest and Wigan, but they can now triumph in front of their own fans at best odds of 2/1 with Coral.

Watford still have faint play-off aspirations of their own but, down in 12th position, they have realistically left it too late. The Hornets would be a lot closer to their target were they better on their travels. One away win in 15 games in all competitions simply isn’t good enough.
