Carabao Cup Tip: Newport v West Ham
The League 2 outfit have been scaring the life out of higher division teams for a while now. A second-string West Ham could be the latest scalp.
We tipped West Ham to win away at the weekend, and they duly did 3-1 at Watford, but the Carabao Cup is a different matter entirely.
