Surprise Package Won't Be Opened Up
Group C has been blown wide open by Slovakia's stunning victories over Ukraine and then Spain. They now need to keep their 100% record intact.
Having successfully backed Slovakia to overcome mighty Spain on Thursday, we’re sticking with Group C’s surprise package on Sunday.
Jan Kozak’s boys have enjoyed a simply miraculous start to their Euro 2016 campaign having taken six points from opening clashes with Ukraine and then the defending champions.
They now face a Belarus outfit who played out a sluggish 1-1 draw with minnows Luxembourg before losing to two morale-sapping late goals against Ukraine a few days ago.
Slovakia know they must keep their form going is they are to figure in the final reckoning where qualification is concerned. At best odds of 13/10 (WilliamHill), they’re still too long to grab a further three points.
