Hull v Liverpool Tip

The Tigers have never beaten the Merseysiders in 16 attempts.

With Luis Suarez in spectacular form it’s little wonder that Liverpool are quoted at nothing longer than 8/13 (WilliamHill) to take three points at the KC Stadium. However, with the lack of firepower in Steve Bruce’s ranks we can improve our option to 8/5 (Ladbrokes) on the Reds winning to nil.

Hull have the joint worst home goalscoring record in the top flight having found the net just four times in six fixtures. A good defence had been protecting the promoted side up until recently but a 4-1 trouncing at Southampton followed by a 1-0 defeat to Palace on their own patch has changed the mood.

Yannick Sagbo has been the only Hull player to score a league goal since the end of September (he has two plus there was an own goal) so if Liverpool keep on scoring then a clean sheet and the spoils should follow.
