The Welsh Legend Continues
They may not win the biggest game in their history but the main man could certainly carve out another great memory.
As we saw in qualifying, there is a clear reason why Gareth Bale scores more than most. Yes he is world class, but he also has more shots than virtually everybody else out there.
The Welsh maestro not only has three goals at Euro 2016 already, but with 12 attempts on target from a total of 18 he has worked the goalkeeper more than anybody else in the tournament.
To put that in some perspective, shoot on sight specialist Ronaldo has the next most on target attempts with nine, the same as Kevin De Bruyne. The Belgian is also worth a look at 5/2 incidentally, although he isn’t quite as prolific.
At a best price of 9/4 Bale is a bargain to find the net anytime against Belgium, particularly when Betfred will pay out if he scores in extra time instead of the first 90 minutes.
