City Slickers Can Compound Arsene's Misery

Pellegrini's title favourites are seeking a sixth top flight clean sheet in a row at crestfallen Arsenal.

Although Manchester City have rediscovered their prolific goalscoring form over the past week, it’s been the defence which has really cemented their place back as the title favoutites.

Manuel Pellegrini’s boys have kept five top flight clean sheets in a row and even Martin Demichelis is looking the part right now! But Vincent Kompay is the key man in the back four and we should look to him to inspire another shutout at the Emirates this evening.

Arsenal are in disarray after their humiliation at Chelsea and their capitulation against Swansea in midweek. At times likes these, playing at home quickly becomes a burden rather than an advantage. Wenger is back under pressure and the Blues are the last visitors he needs to welcome at this stage.

City look like an ok investment at 23/20 (Bet365) for the victory, but I’m much more taken by the 10/3 (Coral) on the away win to nil. The Gunners badly miss Ramsey and Walcott and haven’t scored in three of their last six league outings.
