The Championship Acca

We are backing three strugglers to leave empty-handed on Tuesday night.

We have a 9/2 (Bet365) acca in the Championship on Tuesday night which targets defeats for three sides in threat of relegation from the second tier.

Birmingham (evens) to win at home to Millwall:

The Blues are unbeaten in six in the league and the signs are that the recent run of draws will end with victory rather than defeat. Boss Gary Rowett said of the 1-1 clash at Fulham at the weekend: “As an attacking force that is as well as we have played.”  After 18 shots away from home he should be confident of taking 3 points against beleaguered Millwall who have won once in 10 in all competitions.

Norwich (4/5) to win at Charlton:

You often feel that confidence is everything in this division in which case the spoils are surely bound for East Anglia. The Canaries will swoop into the Valley off the back of a commanding 4-0 win over Blackpool which revived play-off hopes. Charlton are winless in 13 matches across all competitions and a new manager has not brought about a change in fortunes yet.

Middlesbrough (8/15) to win at Blackpool:

By the end of the season we may conclude that this was a battle between the best and worst sides in the division. Boro are 1 point off the top of the league and recently dumped Man City out of the FA Cup at the Etihad. That made it 5 wins on the spin and extended their unbeaten run to 9 games. The Tangerines showed flashes of fighting spirit in January but recent thumpings to Watford (7-2) and Norwich show they are often outclassed.
