We're backing Cardiff and Sheffield Utd to maintain their promotion pushes while Brentford continue to improve.
In the second tier today we’re backing Cardiff, Sheffield Utd and Brentford to all win at a best price of 13/1 with Betfred.
Brentford to win at home to Sunderland: (17/20):
The Bees are an emerging force in the Championship after four games unbeaten against a beleaguered Sunderland without a win in their last 10. The hosts are also producing in the key metrics which indicate likelihood of longer term success. They rank 1st for total shots taken and 4th for total shots conceded.
Sheffield Utd to win at home to Reading: (21/20):
The Blades have the best home record in the division (W5 L1) but surprisingly still find themselves odds-against facing the side sat 20th at Bramall Lane. Indeed the hosts have won 11 of their last 12 in front of their own fans. Reading did win at Leeds last time out but that was their first victory in six.
Cardiff to win away to Middlesbrough: (14/5):
This is the one which gets us our big acca price but we should have the confidence to throw it into the mix. Neil Warnock’s side have been 7 points better than the pre-season promotion favourites so far. Cardiff did have a big setback last time out at Birmingham City but generally they have a lot more momentum than the hosts who are winless in four and labouring under expectation.
