Barcelona v PSG Preview

Barcelona v PSG Preview

Ivan Rakitic has scored on his last two starts and expect him to play further up the pitch as Barcelona chase goals.

Barcelona have a four-goal deficit to overturn against PSG and they will have to go for it from the off. Having backed PSG in the outright competition we don’t want Barcelona to qualify but we can expect them to go down with a fight.

The attacking trio of Messi, Suarez and Neymar are the key but expect them to be well marshalled by the PSG defence. This could open up spaces elsewhere on the field and create opportunities for a less expected goal scorer.

If Luis Enrique encourages his midfielders forward then Ivan Rakitic could be the main beneficiary. The Croatian has scored in his last two matches and has five in La Liga from 21 appearances.

At 16/1 (Bet365) he is good odds to open the scoring; back him each-way and get 1/3 odds if he scores anytime.
