Andy Carroll on His Way?
Liverpool have tabled a 'mega-bid' for the Newcastle striker and the betting suggests Mike Ashley will accept.
Andy Carroll is now as short as 1/10 to leave Newcastle before the close of the transfer window.
The lead domino hasn’t fallen yet with Fernando Torres still at Liverpool, but if his move to Chelsea goes through it could spark the chain reaction which would see Carroll move to Anfield for a fee reported to be in the region of £35million.
Newcastle fans hoping the deal won’t go through might be worried by the 11/2 Victor Chandler are offering on Carroll staying at Newcastle beyond the end of the day.
